Please donate money to a great cause - Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals Charity

The Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals Charity raises money to improve facilities, fund new equipment, provide additional services, support staff development and initiate local medical research and innovative projects at The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

Every donation is greatly appreciated and makes a real and positive difference to the experience of being in hospital.

At the start of 2024, a close family member went into Colchester hospital and many weeks later is still there, following multiple operations and setbacks. The nurses and doctors are amazing and have given us a lot of support.

I want to give something back. So - I'm doing 2 events:

* On Sunday 28th April, I am running in the Plymouth Half Marathon - 13 miles of hilly goodness by the sea!

* On Saturday 4th May - less than a week later - I will be walking the 23 miles from Ipswich Hospital to Colchester Hospital as part of the Hospital Hero Hike 2024.

I'm doing this for fun and to raise some money for the Staff Wellbeing Appeal. Please help me give something back.
