I am swimming the Hellespont, the world's oldest swim, to raise funds for The Honeypot Children's Charity.

Following in the wake of Leander and Lord Byron, we will be swimming around 5km (currents depending!) across this legendary body of water which separates Europe and Asia, and every stroke we take will support vulnerable children.

The Honeypot Children's Charity provides respite breaks and support to young carers and children with complex needs. Help me make a lasting difference by supporting this challenge and empowering these children to rise above their circumstances.
