Dear family and friends,

I hope you are all keeping well. It's that time of the year again. The last couple of years many of you kindly and generously supported the Tailor family (Ashwin, Ramila, Amit & Anisha) when we took part in the month long Surya Namaskars challenges to raise funds for the MUKTI charity providing much needed help for the disadvantaged children at several homes in India as well as charities for the homeless in UK.

Our fundraiser event this year will be a sponsored Peace Chant, the ‘AUM dhyau śhāntir antarīkśhaḥ gvam…’ chant from the Atharva Veda; ending the year with Yoga’s ancient call to move the world from ‘pieces to peace’ as we chant 108 times through the afternoon.

The Tailor family will be chanting and helping run the fundraising event. We humbly request you to support us with donations as generously as you have always done.

To date MUKTI has raised nearly £750,000 over the years. No other yoga organisation has raised this level of funding for disadvantaged people. This is our way of showing that Yoga goes beyond the confines of our mats. No one is paid for this work -- we all do it for the love of it.
