Pippa's fundraiser for Scoliosis Support and Research

Hi Everyone !
On the 28th June I will be trekking up Snowdon to raise money for Scoliosis Support and Research.
I got diagnosed with Scoliosis when I was 13 years old and it was decided that instead of having a spinal fusion I would be put into a back brace. I had to wear the brace for 18 months to ensure the curve in my back didn't get any bigger. The brace did stop the curve getting bigger as I grew, however when I turned 21 my curve unfortunately got bigger again. Currently I manage the pain levels by doing specially designed pilates through Curva with Emily Kyte-Hale.
I discovered Curva 5 years ago and the lovely Emily and this amazing charity has introduced me to so many lovely people who all share the same condition!
Scoliosis Support and Research is an amazing charity helping people all through out their Scoliosis journey. Any donation would be greatly appreciated !
Pip xx
