Pops From Recovery to Tough Mudder: Supporting MLSS

Manvir Singh is raising money for Midland langar Seva Society

MLSS Tough Mudder 2026 · 4 July 2026

On Saturday 4th July, our team from Midland Langar Seva Society will be taking on the Tough Mudder challenge at Belvoir Castle — a demanding 15km course with over 20 obstacles designed to test strength, resilience and teamwork.

Story

Earlier this year, I underwent surgery and spent time in hospital. Recovery hasn't been easy, but it reminded me how important it is to make the most of every opportunity and never take our health for granted.

On 4th July, I'll be taking on the Tough Mudder challenge to raise funds for Midland Langar Seva Society (MLSS). I'm proud to be supporting a charity that makes a real difference to the lives, provide vital support to young people, families, and individuals in need across all communities.

For many people, it's a challenging event. For me, coming back after surgery makes it an even bigger personal challenge. There will be mud, obstacles, and moments where I'll need to dig deep, but I'm determined to cross that finish line while raising funds for an incredible cause.

If you've ever thought about pushing yourself, stepping out of your comfort zone, or doing something meaningful, I'd love for you to join me. Whether you're super fit or looking for a challenge to work towards, Tough Mudder is about teamwork, determination, and making a difference together.

If taking part isn't for you, please consider making a donation. Every contribution, big or small, helps support the amazing work MLSS does throughout the year.

Let's challenge ourselves, support a great cause, and show what we can achieve together.
