Get Project COMEDY registered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival

Jay Saunders is raising money for Project RECCE CIO
To enable the transition of Military Veterans and Service Leavers into sustained employment within the construction industry to reduce the construction skills shortage.

Story

We are on a mission to get Project COMEDY registered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, showcasing the incredible talent of UK military veterans and Serving Personnel. As an extension of Project RECCE, we empower these brave individuals to find wellbeing and recovery while developing transferable skills that will help them secure meaningful civilian employment and transition into a fulfilling life after service.

Our unique approach has a specialty in aiding wounded, injured, and sick veterans through the transformative power of stand-up comedy. We have witnessed firsthand how this art form can genuinely change lives, providing a platform for healing and self-expression. By helping these remarkable individuals 'expose' themselves to agents, bookers, and promoters at the world's most prestigious comedy festival, we aim to not only entertain but also inspire.

We invite you to join us in this journey. Your support will enable these veterans to share their stories with the world while paving the way for them to live their best possible lives post-service. Our target is to raise £500 GBP for this cause. Any surplus funds will be directed towards Project RECCE, ensuring that we continue providing veterans with the training and support they need for successful transitions into civilian life.
