Story

SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health)

Mental health is a deeply personal cause for me. I lost my older brother to mental health struggles, a devastating reminder of how critical it is to provide support for those in need. SAMH is at the forefront of offering mental health support and raising awareness across Scotland. Supporting their mission means honouring my brother’s memory and helping others find the strength and resources they need.

The Challenge Ahead

I will be competing in an Iron-distance triathlon, which is one of the most gruelling endurance events, consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run—all to be completed consecutively within a single day. Preparing for this event requires intense training, unwavering commitment, and mental resilience, reflecting the spirit of the causes I am supporting.
