I will be running a 10k marathon on the October 6th (Rounday, Leeds) with the intention of raising fund for our deployment in Gambia next year, the situation for our brothers and sisters in Gambia is critical, please show your support. Share and donate. 100% Donation policy.

Gambia is one of the least developed countries across the world with 48% of its population currently living in poverty.

Gambia is facing rising hunger, poverty and malnutrition. Major crises such as the Ebola outbreak and climate-related drought and floods have all taken their toll on the country’s economy. Hospitals lack basic supplies to provide essential care.

As part of our annual deployment programme GOHF has chosen Gambia as our next country for hands on aid distribution. The team will be flying out in the coming months to fulfil this campaign. Prior to our arrival we will be shipping over a container loaded with medical supplies (gloves, blood bags, needles, syringes etc), sanitation packs, wheel chairs, clothes and supplies for the orphanages we will be providing aid too.

We are a 100% donation charity and so is this campaign, meaning every penny of your donations will go towards the cause you have donated to, none of your donations will neither go towards marketing nor administration costs.

All travel expenses such as flights, transportation & accommodation is self funded by the volunteers.
