2026 will mark 18 years since my Dad passed away from the cruel disease of stomach cancer. I was 17 years old when he died so this is a milestone I never wanted to reach but if I can mark the time that has passed in any way it seems fitting to use it to raise money for Bury Cancer Support Centre who were an incredible support to my Dad through his illness as they provide to so many others and their families.

I will be attempting the 100 mile Rat Race - Castle to Castle from Bamburgh to Edinburgh within 48 hours in July.

Alongside that in preparation I have various other long distance events in 2026 booked in because apparently once you’ve done one ultra, you just want to keep doing more!
