We’re on a mission to repair, restore, and revive the Happy Tails shelter in Nafpaktos, Greece.

For years, this rescue has cared for over 100 dogs, many of them large breeds with nowhere else to go. Now, they need our help.

In April 2025, a team of volunteers will travel to Greece to rebuild kennels, reinforce fencing, and improve the shelter’s conditions. But we can’t do it without you.

The Big Greek Shelter Restoration is a hands-on mission to repair, restore, and revive the Happy Tails shelter in Nafpaktos, Greece. With over 100 rescued dogs, many of them large breeds we are rebuilding their infrastructure.

To fundraise for this I will be walking up Snowdon on Saturday 29th March with Zara. Please support this effort where every £1 raised will benefit the Happy Tails shelter saving and enriching many more dogs both now and in the future.

I am walking for Dili who is about 4 years of age. She is an escape artist so currently lives on a long chain. The shelter restoration will build a new safe zone for her and 3 other similar dogs. She is so kind and gentle. She is a blood donor and she has directly saved 3 other dogs. She's also in need of adoption.
