Christmas is a time of celebration and meeting up with your family and friends. Sadly many of our older generation do not have the luxury of ease of movement to enable them to do this, leaving them lonely and in some cases isolated and forgotten.

The last 2-3 years have been particularly challenging and therefore I am delighted that Bibby Financial Services and Age UK Oxfordshire have teamed up again to bring a little Christmas Cheer into the lives of some of the region’s most vulnerable elderly people.

On Thursday 7th December (12:00 – 16:00) we will be hosting and sponsoring a Christmas Lunch in conjunction with Age UK Oxfordshire, providing food and entertainment for up to 100 elderly people at our offices in Banbury.

So what do we need from you?

We are giving our valued business contacts, friends and family the chance to be part of this wonderful event by sponsoring and hosting a table and/or elements of the afternoon. This will give you the opportunity to interact with and share the gift of Christmas with a group of people who need our support.

Below are a list of sponsorship opportunities:

100 x Individual Meal Sponsor £15

10 x Table Sponsor - Minimum £250 (and provide a host for the table)

Drinks Sponsorship £1,000

Gift Sponsorship £1,000

Target Donations a minimum of £4,000.

Table sponsors will have their own exclusive table for them to host. Where they will be asked to interact and look after their Table guests for the afternoon.

Drinks and Gift sponsors may donate all or any amount towards the budget. All sponsors may support the event on the day and will be thanked accordingly.

Any surplus funds will go straight to Age UK Oxfordshire so that they can spread even more joy across the region.
