As most of you who know me will know...I am passionate about mental health. It has affected me personally , my family and. At some point many of us will also experience mental health difficulties.

That is why I am running The Great Birmingham Run for Caring Minds, the charity of Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust. Caring Minds supports our service users and staff in ways that go beyond what is usually available.
