Swim the river. Change a life.

This summer I’m taking on one of the UK’s wildest open water swims, a 10km cold water swim near Snowdonia.

It’s a proper challenge. Big nature, beautiful scenery, and hundreds of swimmers all taking on something epic together

I’m doing it to raise money for Level Water – a brilliant charity providing 1-to-1 swimming lessons for children with disabilities. These lessons are joyful, empowering, and completely life-changing.

This takes me back to my school days working at Bedwas Community swimming pool and helping out with the disabled swimming class on a Friday evening before rushing down to grab that last pint in the White Hart - the story goes full circle!

Every £15 raised gives a child the chance to learn to swim.
