Story
Swim the River. Change a Life.
The Hurly Burly is one of the wildest and most breathtaking routes in the UK.
Set in the dramatic Mawddach Estuary in Snowdonia, the swim begins on Barmouth’s sandy beach, sweeps under the iconic railway bridge, and carries you upstream on the fast-flowing incoming tide.
But this isn’t just about having a beautiful and exhilarating adventure swim.
It’s about raising money for Level Water – a charity giving children with disabilities the chance to learn to swim. These 1-to-1 lessons build confidence and joy in the water and wouldn’t exist without your support.
Every £15 funds a lesson.
Together, we’re opening up the water to everyone.
This is one of the greats – and it fills up fast.
