18 members of SGB-RCC (listed below) will be taking part in Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 1st October.

Amongst the group are experienced runners and those tackling their first ever half marathon.

We will be raising money for Ty Hafan (SGB charity of the year) who support children and the families of children with live shortening conditions.

Any support is greatly appreciated and will spur us on to the finish line!
