We are taking part in Walk for Dementia to support Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW—a small local charity making a big difference.

Every year Right at Home Solent & Southampton support this wonderful charity. We take part as a team, family, friends all welcome. We take a minute to remember our wonderful clients past and present. Especially those living with conditions like Dementia. Raising awareness and sharing stories along the way.

Dementia Support Hants & IOW provide free peer support, information, and signposting for people living with dementia and their families across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

As an independent charity, they rely on donations to keep these vital services running. Every pound raised helps fund support groups, advice sessions, and community activities that bring comfort and connection to those who need it most.
