Our newly formed Under 13s have been incredibly fortunate to receive a generous donation from a grandparent to fund their new kit. Rather than leaving a blank shirt, we wanted to use this opportunity to do something meaningful.

We’ve proudly partnered with Somerset Unit for Radiotherapy Equipment (SURE) — a local charity that directly supports the Beacon Centre at Musgrove Park Hospital. Cancer is something that has touched so many of us, including the wonderful person who made this donation, several of our volunteers, and members of our club family. Sadly, our club has been directly affected, which makes this cause especially close to our hearts.

To give something back, our club will be taking part in a sponsored walk along the Bridgwater & Taunton Canal in May, litter picking along the way to support both our community and the environment.

SURE have supported our club throughout the season, and this is our chance to support them in return.
