The Life Chances Campaign aims to create a £5million Life Chances Fund for grassroots organisations supporting the most vulnerable, enabling them to recover from the crisis of the pandemic and create lasting change.

Story

After previously cycling from London to both Paris and Amsterdam, I am excited to get back in Lycra and on the saddle. This ride will begin in Perpignan, France, and will take me over the Pyrenees, through Girona, and on to Barcelona over the course of two days. The route will cover more than 300 km and includes nearly 3,500 meters of climbing, all to support the East End Community Foundation's Life Chances Campaign.

The Life Chances Campaign tackles pensioner poverty and isolation, helps to build brighter futures for young people and aims to close the digital divide in Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, and the City of London.
