I'm taking part in Sue Ryder Starlight Hike Cheltenham.

And Yes I will be wearing my Stromtrooper costume while I complete the walk.

Sadly, almost all of us will experience the loss of a loved one - your support can help more people get the end-of-life and bereavement care they need and deserve.

- £25 could help fund an hour of expert care and help fill another family's final days with love

- £42 could go towards grief counselling sessions for people coming to terms with the loss of a loved one.

- £63 could go towards training a nurse to provide end-of-life care.
