I suffered with Mental Health Illnesses a couple of years ago, which I had to take leave from work for months and to get better.

Thanks to my family, friends, my bos, my work colleagues, my doctor, my therapist and many more people. I was back to my old self, back at work and enjoying this new peace of life.

This will be my First Marathon Run at the Great Welsh Marathonin March.

The reason I chose Big Moose was because not only do I like what they do but also my running nickname and the Cowbridge Moovers Running Club is Moose.

Looking forward to it and looking forward to raising money to help people get better from Mental Health.
