Story
People of Nottingham
I'm asking for a small donation if possible as I take on my home town Robin Hood half marathon running 13.1 miles to raise money for the John van Geest cancer research centre in Nottingham helping research and develop cures for cancer so they can give people I better chance at fighting this disease.
Why I’m doing it is someone close to me has been diagnosed with cancer and when you hear that dreaded C word something goes off in your head so this is my way of saying I’m fighting with you!! I know it’s not the same but I’ll put everything into the 13.1 miles it’s a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart and so is the person it’s effected.
If we can raise abit of money to help the team at the Nottingham Cancer research Centre then I think we would of done a good job!!! Give me one donation instead of that chocolate bar it’ll do a lot more then sitting on the waist…
Now it won’t be easy as I’m a big 18 stone machine, but it doesn’t compare to the battle that people with cancer face. That’s why I’m asking for your support. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help fund vital research, improve treatment, and provide support to those who need it most.
If you’re able to donate, I’d be truly grateful. If not, simply sharing this page would mean the world.
Let’s get it 👍
