On 10 October 2025, Aleighsha Connelly, Marion Chalmers, Christopher Needleman, Colette Seix, Bobbi-Jean Shields, Archie Boyle, Stuart Thomson and Elizabeth Lajawai will take on the Kelpies Challenge in Scotland to raise vital funds for Re-engage. This iconic event is about more than miles. It is about making sure no older person feels forgotten or alone.

Loneliness is one of the biggest issues facing older people today, with many going days without speaking to anyone. Re-engage creates life-changing connections through tea parties, activity groups and regular phone calls. These simple acts bring joy, purpose and friendship back into people’s lives.

* £5 could help enable a lonely older person to put a monthly social event in their otherwise empty calendar.
