I wish I could take credit for this idea, but Theo has been asking what we can do to make the world a better place. This September, Refugee Action are hosting their 'Race for Refugees' to raise money for a great cause, which you will know is close to mine and Theo's heart.

As the ever tired mum to West London's wiggliest boy, I thought we could take the challenge up and run 30k(m) across the 30 days of September.
