Story
Hi, my name is Ruaridh, and I’m 10 years old!
On Saturday, 26th April, I’m going to walk 14 miles in the Glasgow Kiltwalk with my mum Victoria to raise money for a brilliant charity called Columba 1400. My mum works there, and they do amazing work to help young people.
I think it’s really important to support this charity because they make a big difference to lots of lives. I’m excited to walk (although my mum is a bit more nervous) and hope to raise as much money as possible to help Columba 1400 continue their great work.
Please donate if you can, and thank you so much for your support!
About Columba 1400
At Columba 1400, we help young people from tough realities unlock their potential so they can lead lives of purpose, meaning and contribution.
For 25 years, our Values-Based Leadership Academies have transformed lives, inspiring young people to believe in themselves and shape their own futures.
Many arrive uncertain, struggling with self-doubt. Through reflection, shared experiences, and challenge, they discover within themselves the skills and mindset to thrive. Graduates leave feeling empowered, taking on leadership roles, pursuing new opportunities, and making a positive impact in their communities.
Your support changes lives and helps Columba 1400 reach more young people to continue this journey of transformation.
