12 for 12: Celebrating 12 Years of Abianda

I’m Rula Tripolitaki, Abianda Trustee and Head of Delivery & Workforce at the London Innovation & Improvement Alliance (LIIA) working with all 33 London Directors of Children’s Services to deliver transformation at scale and make a positive difference to children and families across London.

I’m coming up to my first year as Trustee with Abianda and am really excited to put my competitive swimming background to good use to contribute to the 12 for 12 campaign and will be pushing myself to hit 12k in the water – one for every year that Abianda has supported young women and girls affected by criminal exploitation and violence, and the professionals working with them.

Through this challenge, I hope to raise awareness of Abianda’s great work and raise funds to contribute to their continued support of girls and young women.
