Story
I am running the 2026 London Marathon in aid of The National Brain Appeal.
Earlier this year, my Mum received critical treatment from Queens Square, where she underwent surgery before embarking on weeks of recovery. She received fantastic treatment and is now at home and making brilliant progress as a result of the care she received. As a family we are beyond grateful for the care she received, which is only possible through support including that of the National Brain Appeal charity. I’m doing this not only for Mum, but to raise awareness for the incredible work that the National Brain Appeal carry out day in, day out.
The National Brain Appeal aims to transform the lives of the millions of people affected by neurological and neuromuscular conditions. It helps to drive advancement by funding pioneering research, innovative treatments and world-class facilities over and above what the NHS can provide.
Your donation will help The National Brain Appeal to improve the outcome and quality of life for the millions of people affected by a neurological condition.
