When Nick Cowley and I founded The Talent Tap in 2012, we had no idea how much it would enrich our lives.

We saw talented young people across the country whose potential was locked away simply because they lacked access to work experience. But we quickly realized a placement was only half the battle. How does a student travel to London? Where do they stay? Do they have the right clothes? How do they navigate the unwritten rules of the corporate world?

Over the years, we've helped hundreds of students break through these barriers. Today, more and more companies actively seek out our candidates for their drive and cognitive diversity. But growth brings new demands, and we refuse to turn away talented young people who need our support.
