Hey everyone,

I’m taking part in the 50km ultra challenge for The Talent Tap on 26th September. It’s going to be a long day, but it’s for a cause that’s genuinely personal to me.

As some of you know, I’m currently a Trustee at The Talent Tap—a brilliant charity that helps talented young people from lower-income and rural backgrounds get the work experience, networks, and confidence they need to break into professional careers.

I actually started out as one of their students. Years ago, they gave me the break and support I needed to get my foot in the door when I didn't have a professional network to rely on. I honestly wouldn't be where I am today without them.

Now I’m on the board, seeing firsthand how much work goes into giving other young people that same fair shot. But to keep The Talent Tap going and support the next cohort, we really rely on fundraising like this.
