I'm riding 980 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats.

My gran (Brenda Trow) worked at St Ann's Hospice for a number of years, my Grandad (Jim Trow) passed away there and my sister (Claire Johnson) is a cancer survivor. Plus, for all those close to me affected by cancer.

St Ann's Hospice is a charity which cares for thousands of local people with cancer and non-cancer life-limiting illnesses every year.
