We’re the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. We (Carl, Coxy, Knappy, Nick, Josh, Ryan, Rob) as a group have decided to do a group 10k run, with a diverse ability within. Whilst a personal challenge, we hope to also support a charity close to our hearts (and in particular for one of us).

The several of us will be running to support Crohn’s and Colitis UK, please feel free to contribute, anything will be greatly appreciated and go a long way to support those in need/impcated by the disease.

Right now, an estimated 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. And the real number could be almost double that.
