On 25th March 2024, I suffered a massive stroke which has changed my life. I will be pushing myself to cover the miles on my exercise bike, a small amount each day.

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt.
