Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Friends of Africa is a membership-based organisation, meaning the work they do is carried out on a voluntary basis by young people who want to make a positive impact on society.
At home, FOA have collaborated with the East African Youth Organisation in Belfast, as they work towards providing personal and social development opportunities for African migrants and refugees living in Belfast.
As part of their mission to work with young people in Ireland and their partners in Africa, and as part of a commitment to education and empowerment, 24 people including volunteers completed their OCN Level 2 Youth Work Practice certificate in 2020.
