As many of you know I love cold water swimming and paddle-boarding so I thought I would use 1 of my passions or maybe 2 when I fall in!! So I’m aiming to paddle 110 miles to raise funds for Cavell over the next couple of months.

The "Cavell 110 idea" was a campaign launched by the charity Cavell to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the execution of British nurse Edith Cavell during World War I. The campaign honors her legacy of courage, compassion, and care and raises funds for UK nurses, midwives, and maternity support workers facing hardship today.

Put simply, we’re ‘Here for Nurses and all maternity staff.’
