UnityMK is a key Milton Keynes charity who support members of our community who are in crisis or experiencing homelessness.

Unfortunately, with the numbers of people experiencing homelessness growing in recent years UnityMK's services are being stretched more than ever.

Sam and I have decided to join the fight against homelessness in our city and on June 6th we are stepping out of our comfort zone to raise vital funds for this lifesaving charity by taking part in in their Big Sleepout and Glasswalk challenge.

We will then be spending the night sleeping rough in a car park, with just a few layers and a sleeping bag to experience a brief but thought-provoking insight into the challenges people face when forced to sleep rough.
