It costs £6 million a year to run Weston Hospicecare – and with just 18% funded by the NHS, community support is absolutely vital.

Moonlight Beach Walk is Weston Hospicecare's most vibrant event of the year, and it’s set to be more magical than ever! On Friday 19 September, I will be, amongst other Weston Hospicecare supporters joining together for the Moonlight Beach Walk taking on the 10km walk in a stunning evening of colour, light, and remembrance along Weston-super-Mare’s beautiful seafront.

In January we lost mum after a very short battle with an aggressive cancer, her final days were spent in the hospice and we couldn’t thank them enough for all they do and what they did for mum.
