Around 200,000 children in England have an alcohol dependent parent. I have been raising awareness around being a COA (child of alcoholic) for many years, through public speaking, being interviewed, doing podcast and have had the honour of being a community champion for Alcohol Change. After recently becoming a mum I wanted to do a physical challenge and walk 200,000 steps with my baby to raise money for Alcohol Change UK.
