Welcare provides practical and emotional support to families with children up to age 13 across South London and East Surrey. They strengthen families, empower parents, and improve children’s life chances through early, tailored support.

Each year they work with more than 800 families facing multiple challenges, particularly domestic abuse, as well as parental conflict, family breakdown, mental health difficulties, parenting struggles, social isolation, and financial pressures made worse by the cost‑of‑living crisis.

Welcare’s dedicated Family Support Workers offer one‑to‑one whole‑family support, group programmes for children and parents, and practical or financial help when it’s needed most.
