I am excited to be abseiling from the Falkirk Wheel this March in aid of Age Scotland.

I AM SCARED OF HEIGHTS ! 😆

However, I am doing it for Age Scotland as they have helped my Uncle Donald with many things including support, advice and friendship.

We will all get old unfortunately, so please show your support for this wonderful charity and help improve our older communities across Scotland.
