One of the many services we offer is our helpline which provides impartial and confidential information to older people, their carers and families.
Our skilled advisers provide information and advice about rights, entitlements and services available to older people. Whether our callers are facing loneliness, financial worries or are looking for advice about how to stay safe and warm, our advisers are there for older people when they need us most. The positive feedback that we receive from our service users shows us just how vital this service is.
