Each year I take part (with a group of friends) in the Pilgrims Hospices Cycle Challenge. We will cycle 100 miles around Kent.

This year the Challenge falls on Sunday 3 May, and I am aiming to raise £500 for Pilgrims Hospices.

All donations, however small, are greatly appreciated.
