Kirsty is a very special person that you can’t help but admire. Her son Lucas is battling a disease that no child or mother should have to face. Together, they are inspirational - I just have to try and help a little.

So, this July and August, I will be cycling 100 miles each week, culminating in a challenge of at least 100 miles in a single day. I will be doing this last challenge with my daughter Lauren, a physio, who treats children with this terrible condition. We are committed to raising £1,000 to support this vital cause.
