Cycling 100 Miles for Refuge 🚴♀️
This June, I am taking on a personal challenge to cycle 100 miles in support of Refuge, a charity whose work is incredibly close to my heart.
As many of you know, I am passionate about using my platform to support women, raise awareness, and help create a safer world for future generations. As a mother, advocate, and community fundraiser, I believe every woman deserves to live free from fear, abuse, and violence.
The reality is heartbreaking:
One in four women will experience domestic abuse at some point in their lifetime, and on average, one woman is killed every five days in England and Wales by a current or former partner.
Refuge is the largest single provider of specialist services for survivors of domestic, sexual, and gender-based abuse. They run the free, 24-hour National Domestic Abuse Helpline, often providing the first vital step for women seeking safety and support.
Throughout June, I will be cycling 100 miles to raise funds and awareness for this important cause. Every mile represents hope, strength, and the opportunity for someone to rebuild their life free from abuse.
By sponsoring me today, you are helping Refuge continue its life-changing work and supporting thousands of women and children across the UK.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference.
Thank you for supporting my challenge and standing alongside survivors.
