As I complete another turn around the sun, it would not be the same without dedicating one more year to a cause that is close to my heart (and brain) 

This year, we have had the most terrible start of the year with dramatic floods in the areas where we operate, causing delays to school openings, destruction of home farms and just plain lack of access to food. In March, people went back to their lives, and I continue to be impressed by their amazing resilience. They face this setback in a way that teaches me to be more patient and grateful every day. 

There is no doubt this charity consumes a lot of my soul on a daily basis. But it also gives my soul a different ability to see the world, a different perspective, a different belief. For that, I am grateful for the 23 years I have dedicated to doing my little gesture for the children of Mozambique. 

If you feel compelled, join me on this ride to feed children 5 days a week in school. It is often their only meal, but you know that already. It is the most guaranteed method to keep children in school. But you know that already too. £50 feed a child for a year. And you also know that!

I do seem like a broken record sometimes. But it is worth it.
