Lee and I have signed up to a 5k tough mudder challenge on Sunday 5th July! Lee has done this sort of thing before but for me it’s completely out of my comfort zone! But raising money for this charity is incredibly important to us both! I’m raising money for The Children’s Bereavement Centre, a local charity that supports children and young people who are facing one of the hardest experiences imaginable- the death or terminal illness of a loved one.

Based in Newark and supporting families across Nottinghamshire and into Lincolnshire, the Centre provides specialist bereavement support for children, young people and their families, last year supporting over 1550 individuals.

£10 could help fund a comfort bear which is given to all the children accessing support

£25 could pay for one play therapy session for a child

£200 could pay for a full course of bereavement therapy
