Story

On 17th September I’m taking on the Belfast Half Marathon followed by Hell and Back on 30th Sept to raise funds for Guide Dogs.

Every day, 250 people join the 2 million already living with sight loss and this number is set to double by 2050. Guide Dogs rely on generous donations and the money you donate will help them be there for children and adults living with sight loss now and in the future ensuring they dont lose their freedom and independence, just like Priya.

When I was partnered with my first dog, Wilf, it was love at first sight! He gave me the confidence to go out more and do everyday things, like picking up my daughter from school.

Having a guide dog is life-changing experience and Im phenomenally grateful to Guide Dogs for enabling me to be more independent. Priya, guide dog owner.

Thank you so much for supporting me and Guide Dogs!
