On Sunday 27th September, we're putting our best foot forward for One Big Walk – a walk to raise vital funds for our charity - Scarborough and District Mencap.

We’ll be setting off from Scarborough Sea Life Centre, strolling past the stunning North Bay, taking in the views along Marine Drive, heading through South Bay, and finishing proudly at the historic Scarborough Spa. It’s a beautiful route that celebrates our local coastline – and it’s all for a brilliant cause.

Scarborough and District Mencap supports people with learning disabilities and their families in our local area, offering inclusive activities, social opportunities, and a strong sense of community. Every penny raised will help us continue providing life-enhancing services and create more opportunities for the people we support to thrive.

Whether we’re walking a mile or many, we’re doing it together – for inclusion, for support, and for brighter futures.
