I am incredibly proud to share some fantastic news from Deloitte Belfast! We've chosen NOW Group as our Charity partner for Fy26 to FY28, and I feel very privileged to raise money for a charity doing very important work.

NOW Group has been doing phenomenal work since 2002, dedicating support to those with learning disabilities, difficulties and autism. They had a massive impact in 2024 alone, successfully supporting over 2000 individuals into paid employment across Ireland. They achieved this through a brilliant combination of skills development, community engagement, and social enterprise, creating vital inclusive opportunities for people who might otherwise face barriers to entering the workforce.

On a personal note, helping people who face these challenges is something my family do in their jobs everyday, through social work, education and in the world of sport. This is now my chance to contribute.

Our Belfast team is absolutely thrilled to dedicate the next three years to supporting NOW Group's vital work through fundraising and volunteering. The partnership is a key part of Deloitte's broader Social Impact programme , where we are committed to building better futures for all. NOW Group's focus on creating a skilled workforce for the future aligns perfectly with our ambition to make a lasting difference.

To kick things off, I am taking on a challenge of abseiling off the iconic Europa building in Belfast to raise funds for NOW Group! This is my way of showing my commitment to this cause by pushing out of my comfort zone.
