In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Sister-in-Law, Farida Khanom – A Charity in Her Honor

With deep sorrow and love, we remember our beloved sister-in-law, a woman of incredible strength, warmth, and selflessness. She was truly one of the purest souls—always giving, always caring, and always putting others before herself. Her kindness knew no bounds, and her love was a guiding light for everyone around her.

She was a devoted mother, fiercely protective and endlessly loving. Her children were her greatest joy, and she nurtured them with the deepest compassion. She truly embodied the words of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ):

"A mother is the strongest pillar of the home; if she departs, the home loses its foundation."

She never hesitated to help those in need, expecting nothing in return. Whether through a kind word, a helping hand, or simply her presence, she uplifted and comforted those around her. She spent her life giving to others, and now, in her memory, we wish to continue her legacy of kindness.

In her honor, we are raising funds to donate to charity, ensuring that her generosity lives on. This will be a form of Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity), a reward that will continue to benefit her in the hereafter. As the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:

"When a person dies, all their deeds come to an end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for them." (Sahih Muslim)

She has now returned to her Creator, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and goodness. Though our hearts ache in her absence, we find comfort in the words of Allah (SWT):

"To Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return." (Quran 2:156)

We ask for your support in honoring her memory through this act of charity. May Allah (SWT) accept this as a means of ongoing reward for her and grant her Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.

"The pain of missing a loved one never fades, but the mercy of Allah is greater than any sorrow."
