Last year, I realised everyone had completely lied when they said the Carten100 was an easy day out across undulating and scenic roads of Wales! Now, I absolutely know that there are mountains to climb, and they are likely to make me want to cry (again!). I'm not sure that makes it better or worse! Either way, we're heading back out their, on our bikes, in support of Ty Hafan Children's Hospice.

I always feel privilaged to be able to support such a fantastic charity and the work they do.
