Two years ago, my dear friend Shiv Mistry passed away following a severe allergic reaction while on holiday with our friends in Spain to celebrate finishing our A-levels. To honour his memory and try to save other people from the same fate, we will be participating in the Thames Path Ultra Challenge, from Cookham to Henley. We hope to raise money for Anaphylaxis UK, the only UK-wide charity operating solely for the growing numbers of people at risk of serious allergic reactions and anaphylaxis.
